We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We will accept exchanges only.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Mission Knives provides life time sharpening & warranty services on all of our knives. Mission Knives automatically registers all knives bought directly from Mission Knives into a WARRANTY list that keeps track of all knives & products for our free services. When you buy a Mission Knife from a "Third Party Seller", "Re-Sellers", "Dealers" , or other websites, it does NOT include the free services provided by Mission Knives. Therefore, we ask that you only pay a one time registration fee that will register you into the WARRANTY list for free lifetime services. Services that are included for "Life Time Warranty" are listed below

WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
By purchasing or receiving any item produced by Mission Knives, the owner / purchaser assumes the responsibility to research and comply with all applicable federal, state, local and international laws related to the possession, ownership, carry, shipment, transport, and use of any Mission Knives product. The owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless to Mission Knives. To all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, possession, ownership, transportation or use of the item in violation of applicable federal, state and local laws or regulations, Mission Knives is not liable for the misuse and or use of any Mission Knives knife or product purchased either directly from Mission Knives or from a reseller. You must be eighteen (18) years of age to purchase Mission Knives products.
