A2 STEEL KNIVES

Mission also makes knives out of A2 tool steel hardened to 58RC, providing exceptional toughness and avoiding the edge chip-out problems associated with steels fully hardened to 61RC+.  The blades are coated with titanium aluminum nitride to provide long term corrosion resistance.  The knives come in a kydex sheath and upon request a hytrel sheath can be substituted.  The handles are made from hytrel and kevlar that is injection molded so they will never come off the full tang.  Available in 15", 12" or 10".  An 8" version is coming soon.
